The view from the room was breath taking. The suite was equipped with private Ham am and was amazing. We didn’t use many of the facilities so I can’t say about that. The stuff was absolutely friendly and kind. Some improvements need to be done in decorations in order for the rooms to look more cozy.

Room was deluxe, (802), amazing view. Huge room. Nicely finished. Hotel is aged, but like most things in Greece it could do with updating. Overall the Wi-Fi never worked but I came for a break, and the disconnect was welcomed. Staff superb, the elevators were a little sketchy. Loved the architecture and style of the place. Felt like we were in a James Bond movie. Loved it.

Everything was wonderful. The suite; the view over Nafplio; the staff; the two swimming pools; the food. I was finding the weather too hot to sleep until arriving at the hotel. It seems cooler up here for some reason, but still plenty of sun on the balcony for sunbathing.

Excellent Location. Wonderful views of the bay and Bourtzi. Exceptionally friendly and helpful personnel. Free of charge Upgrade of room.

I have visited this hotel how many times .there are many changes due to covid 19 , Half of the hotel is closed , instead of a reception that is only one small room , and the only place you can sit , for a while is the restaurant . we stayed for two days , in a room in front of the public pool . And you had the bad luck of some , very noisy neighbors and users of the pool , during the whole day . This was added to a power failure , with no backup generator. Although, I do have the best memories from my preview stays at this Hotel I was so furious , that I wanted to leave . I must admit that the receptionist , was very helpful and polite and did the best to solve my problem , with a room change, although she had no computer . this saved our weekend. this hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels i have ever been to worldwide although everything , there is aging and old fashioned . But it is a true beauty ..... a top model ageing beautifully. so you can forgive some disadvantages .

Very nice comfortable rooms. 2 pools and a great view. The pool in the Villa area feels newer and has a better view.
